    By using SimuPro Coach you accept these terms.

    SimuPro Coach is an AI leadership coaching tool. It is not medical or legal advice.

  3. 3. Leader responsibilities

    Professional use and accuracy of the data you enter.

  4. 4. Data about third parties

    The leader is legally responsible for data entered about team members.

  5. 5. Intellectual property

    The SimuPro methodology and software remain the property of SimuPro GmbH.

  6. 6. Limitation of liability

    Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.

  7. 7. Termination

    Either party may terminate the relationship at any time.

  8. 8. Governing law

    Austrian law applies. The courts of Vienna have jurisdiction.
